01 Who this is for

Three ways to
use this course.
Pick yours.

You don't have to be a pro. You need to care about coffee, and want the vocabulary that turns your taste into a decision-making tool.

For Baristas

Become the barista guests come to for advice

You're already behind the bar. After this course, you describe every cup by profile: apple-like acidity, medium body, caramel sweetness, the way championship judges do. Guests hear a specialist. They come back for you.

For Enthusiasts

Stop paying for packaging. Start paying for flavor.

You drink coffee every day. After this course, you read the label and know what's coming in the cup. You tell real quality from beautiful marketing, before you spend $25 on a bag.

For Café Owners

Talk to your roaster as an equal. Call your own sourcing.

You're building a business. After this course, you evaluate any lot before you buy it. You stop taking the supplier's word for it. You lead the sourcing conversation.
