We study the coffee extraction process, the concepts of scientific measurement of extraction, the elements of brewing, the Coffee brewing control chart tool to understand the characteristics of the drink.
Practice
We work with various brewing methods, learn how to measure the quality of a drink using a refractometer, and conduct a sensory analysis of coffee.
