SCA BREWING INTERMEDIATE
The course is suitable for those who have already worked with alternative brewing methods and want to gain a deeper understanding of the process.

    The course is designed for 2 lessons of 7 hours (total 14 hours), theory and practice.

    International SCA certificate after successfully passing the exam.
theory
We study the coffee extraction process, the concepts of scientific measurement of extraction, the elements of brewing, the Coffee brewing control chart tool to understand the characteristics of the drink.
Practice
We work with various brewing methods, learn how to measure the quality of a drink using a refractometer, and conduct a sensory analysis of coffee.
result
We confirm the level of brewing with an online exam of 30 questions and receive an international certificate from the Specialty Coffee Association. This is an official document of education that will help with employment. Paid separately and optional
