I recommend starting with the Introduction to the World of Coffee course. This is a basic course in the SCA curriculum for beginners and coffee lovers alike.
All courses under the SCA program are held offline in Dubai, UAE or in an offsite format upon request.Trainings at other locations are available upon request
The Coffee Skills Program consists of 6 modules: Introduction to the World of Coffee, Barista Skills, Coffee Brewing, Green Coffee, Coffee Roasting, and Sensory Skills. Training for each module consists of three levels: basic, intermediate, professional.
At each level, students earn points: 5, 10 and 25, respectively. As soon as a total of 100 points are applied, the student is eligible for an SCA Coffee Skills diploma. To do this, you just need to submit an application through the official website of the Association.
