SCA BREWING PROFESSIONAL
The course aims to expand the practical and sensory skills of an experienced barista. To complete the PRO course, we recommend that you complete the two previous levels: basic and advanced.
DURATION
The course is designed for 3 lessons of 7 hours (total 21 hours), theory and practice.
PEOPLE IN THE GROUP
Maximum number of people in a group: 4, minimum: 2.
EXAM

THEORY
We analyze the various variables of coffee (freshness, roast and grind level, water composition). We study what effects can be achieved by adjusting these variables. Scientific point of view on coffee
PRACTICE
We work with various brewing recipes, develop our own, work with water recipes. Learning to adjust the taste at the filigree level.
RESULT
We confirm the level of brewing with an exam of 45 questions and receive an international certificate from the Specialty Coffee Association. This is an official document of education that will help with employment. Paid separately and optional
