SCA SENSORY SKILLS FOUNDATION
A course for anyone who wants to improve their tasting skills or just gain knowledge about the taste characteristics of coffee.

    The course is designed for 1 lesson (7 hours), the theoretical part with extended tasting practice.
  • VARIOUS TRAINING FORMATS ARE AVAILABLE
    Small groups, private trainings, craft workshops, and large group sessions.

    International SCA certificate after successfully passing the exam.
  • theory
    The course explores the mechanism of perception in the tasting process, and how to apply this knowledge in evaluating the inherent characteristics of coffee. The course also contains information on how to determine the quality of specialty coffee and how to apply this approach in business.
  • practice
    Tasting various flavors, working with the aroma kit "Le Nuz Du Cafe" and learning to understand how taste works
  • result
    We confirm the level of brewing with an exam of 25 questions and receive an international certificate from the Specialty Coffee Association. This is an official document of education that will help with employment. Paid separately and optional

CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. If you cancel your booking more than 3 weeks before the course starts, you will get a full refund.
  2. If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before the course starts, you will get 70% of your booking refunded. The remaining 30% off your payment will be deducted as administration charges.
  3. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before the course starts, you will not get a refund. However, you can use 70% of the initial payment as partial payment to avail of our next scheduled course. The remaining 30% off your payment will be deducted as administration charges.
  4. If, in rare circumstances, Sharipova Coffee needs to cancel a course, you will get a full refund. Refunds will be made in approximately one month.
  5. Paying this fee does not guarantee that you will pass any of the exams scheduled in the course/s.
